Florida 2011!

We just returned from our Florida on Monday. We had such a great time. Dillon was a very good boy this year and did amazing on both flights. People around us were commenting on what a little angel he was and I kept telling them they should have seen him last year! haha He had his own seat this time and we sat him right in his car seat. This put him at ease and on the way down he even took a nice nap. Jet Blue is fantastic and Dillon enjoyed all the snacks and the tv shows.

We left MA in kind of a hurry and of course I forgot several CRUCIAL things we needed. 1. My sunglasses. 2. The camera!!!!! Just to name a couple! Uncle Jacques and Aunt Aura saved the day and let us borrow their camera while we were there.

We had some great weather the first few days and then some rainy weather, but it was so nice to visit with Pepere, Uncle Jacques, and Aunt Aura! I took some pictures of the condo and its surroundings. It was just a short walk across the street to the ocean: And just a quick walk downstairs to the pool and the intercoastal. During one of the rainy afternoons, we had a visitor from an owl. Dillon had been hearing him for a few days and was very excited to see him up close!


Dillon was swimming like a fish. He was swimming the entire length of the pool in his waterwings by the end of an afternoon.

And the ocean! Dillon was very afriad at first, but with a little persuading we got him in. There was no getting him out after that. He was having so much fun. The water was warm and calm.

We miss Pepere, but we sure do love to go and visit!
